How the Red (Urethral) Vector Helps and Hinders Us in Managing the Events of Our Lives

You probably already have an idea of how the Red vector helps us achieve our goals. I will elaborate on this at the end of the article.

But now, let’s get to the most interesting part:

How the Red Vector Hinders Us in Managing Events and Shaping Our Future

1. Pride

This quality is familiar to Red individuals. Pride is not boasting or any other external manifestation; it's an internal state where we feel “puffed up” by our own successes. Using terms from transurfing*, pride represents classic "excess potential" or "inner importance."

Our World (Life) effectively restores balance by creating situations where we “fall,” often so drastically that we develop a lifelong reflex. Fortunately, Red individuals learn from their mistakes quickly.
I myself have fallen off the “wave of luck” more than once simply because I couldn’t stop in time during that sweet flight.

I remember when I was starting my career about 20 years ago. After conducting a few successful consultations, I found myself overwhelmed by my own pride. I tried not to show it to those around me, but inside, I was brimming with a sense of my worth as a “great specialist.”
The situation deflated when I encountered a client whom I not only “couldn’t help” but, due to my eagerness, pushed into even greater problems and depression. A couple of days later, when my consciousness cleared, I realized how foolishly I had acted, convinced of my own correctness. This hit me hard: I couldn’t sleep for several weeks, and for a considerable time afterward, I refrained from consulting.
Since then, even amidst the brightest and most incredible successes of my clients, I always say: “No, this is not my merit. I was just walking alongside you when it was tough.”

I wish all Red individuals could gain this experience in the least painful way possible.

2. Lack of Willpower

“Willpower is there, but strength is lacking”— have you heard this expression? This is about Red (Urethral) individuals.

This quality is connected to the biochemistry of the Red vector. It operates most productively at its peak, followed by an inevitable decline and a prolonged plateau. Once a Red person is inspired by an idea or even begins to implement it, they physically struggle to maintain persistence in achieving the goal. As a result, such individuals often abandon many initiatives or hand them off to others.

What can help in this situation? A harmonious combination with any “persistent” lower vector: Brown (anal), Black (muscular), or Orange (skin). This way, during the decline of the Urethral vector, the person won’t drop as significantly and can maintain productivity.

3. Pressuring the Situation

Red individuals seek to control everything around them, including Life itself. Their method of management is direct and directive: they are not inclined toward diplomacy — either in their communication with people or in their interactions with Life. This approach is often used to assert their status: “Let everyone know who is the boss here (in the country/in the world)!”

When faced with obstacles, urethral people tend to push through the situation rather than asking, “What is this about?” While this method may be effective at the level of a middle manager, reaching real heights is impossible without establishing a different relationship with the world.

What can be done? I want to emphasize that it is more challenging for a vibrant Red to apply our method of managing events compared to other vectors, precisely because of their tendency to “pressure” their surroundings. However, if a urethral person reaches a certain level of maturity and learns to interact with the world differently, they can tap into an inexhaustible source of energy — the very essence of Life — thereby significantly increasing their level of achievements.

Look at the Great Reds: politicians, entrepreneurs. Most of them have long outgrown the stage of urethral development where the main achievement was “how I pressured the world to bend to me.”

4. Hyperbolization

The tendency of Reds to exaggerate all facts and figures can appear amusing from an outside perspective. However, for Urethral individuals, this habit can backfire, as exaggeration creates excess potential or “importance.”

For Reds, many things already carry heightened significance: sex, risk, freedom, power, status, status, and again, that damn status... A person burdened with such “importances” finds it very difficult to stay on Their Path in life; they are frequently distracted, pulled aside, or have their time and energy drained by someone or something. In such circumstances, it becomes nearly impossible to feel their inner world and listen to their Soul.

5. Inability to Live Without a Goal

It’s no secret that there are periods in our lives when there seem to be no bright goals — there’s just Life. These periods are neither good nor bad; they simply need to be lived through wisely, and then other times will come. However, for Reds, life without a goal is utterly unbearable. If there isn't a bright star ahead, the Urethral individual doesn’t understand the purpose of living. They begin to frantically search for a goal, grasping at everything that comes their way, or, conversely, they may just lie on the couch and do nothing at all.

This "dependency on a goal" is no better than any other addiction.

6. Impatience

This quality is also determined by the biochemical structure of the Red vector, but it affects other areas of life.

In fact, a Urethral individual is quite clever! They do many things better and more creatively than other vectors. They really know how to set "the movement of the world" in motion toward themselves. But!

Unfortunately, the material world, even under the best circumstances, moves with a certain delay, and this waiting is unbearable for the Red vector. They are ready to do anything: generate ideas, gather people, lead, push against the world, and so on, but they don’t know how to wait...

And at the very moment when Fortune is about to raise her hand to wave at them, the Urethral individual turns away because they couldn't wait for what they desired within their expected timeframe.

How the Red Vector HELPS Us Manage Events and Create Our Future

Although the advantages of the Red vector in managing events in one’s life are unquestionable, I will briefly outline the key points.

1. Life Energy

In terms of internal "energy," the Red vector rightfully takes first place among all vectors, thanks to its unique biochemical makeup. As mentioned in the book, "The Red is like a candle with two wicks burning at once: it burns brighter and faster."
Because of this quality, a harmonious Red individual can easily integrate into the most vibrant life energies: Money and Power.
Any idea generated by a Red person receives such a powerful energetic boost that it can quickly and easily materialize, provided that the points discussed in the first part of this article do not interfere.

2. Belief in a Bright Future

Red individuals do not just look toward the future; they are convinced that the future will be far better than the present or the past. Even when everything around them is falling apart (like in an "ideal storm"),  Red persons believe that they can keep their life (family/team/business) afloat. A notable example is George Clooney's character in the film of the same name, who embodies the typical Red individual with his strong self-confidence and optimism for the future. But why did his ship sink? The answer is obvious — refer back to the six points in the first part of this article (see above). Remember these points when you need them in your own life!

3. Flexibility and Mobility

In terms of adaptability, the Red vector is unmatched. Their lively thoughts flow like a mountain stream, instantly navigating around obstacles. Just like water in a stream "knows" that no matter what barriers arise — whether hills or trees — they will eventually reach their destination.
The lack of a rigid plan allows Red individuals to change course without unnecessary effort when life presents unexpected twists. However, the challenge arises when the people around them (family/team) are not prepared for such rapid changes. If the Red person is unwilling to pause, they often find themselves navigating life alone during the toughest times; otherwise, they risk drowning in an environment that doesn't suit them.
Many Red individuals with families and/or businesses face such difficult choices, especially during crisis periods.

4. Creativity (Non-standard and Creative Approaches to Problem Solving)

This quality of mind is also present in the Yellow vector, but in Red individuals, it can reach exceptional heights. It’s worth noting that creativity is often incompatible with traditional virtues such as patience, perseverance, attention to detail, depth of immersion in a subject, and many others that are celebrated by society (including family and school).

5. Limitlessness in Dreams

We all tend to limit ourselves in our dreams.

  • The Orange (skin) vector thinks a lot about resources: he does not set tasks for which he lacks the means to accomplish.
  • The Brown (anal) vector is attached to strict adherence to a plan: if he cannot outline a clear plan, he will abandon the goal altogether.
  • The Yellow (oral) vector is willing to pursue a goal only through a path that is comfortable and carefree.
  • The Green (visual) vector depends on the opinions of those around him as well as his perceptions of beauty and goodness when choosing goals.
  • The Violet (nose) vector believes that the future will only be worse, so he does not dream of greatness.
  • The Blue (ears) vector lives more in an inner world, resulting in little change in his real life.
  • The Black (navel) vector builds his dreams solely on what he has personally seen and touched: he finds it difficult to look beyond the horizon.

Only the Red vector can dream of greatness and boundlessness. When choosing his goals, he does not think about resources or the opinions of others. He doesn’t need a plan or anyone’s approval; he does not rely on someone else’s experiences — positive or negative. He is capable of dreaming as children do, provided their childhood was harmonious enough. Life loves such "adult children," gifting them with great blessings, and in the universe, limitless dreams will always find limitless possibilities.

6. Luck and Fortune

This is not the achievement of the Red vector. It is simply the favor bestowed upon him by the heavens, even in the absence of any significant accomplishments. I have always found it puzzling why urethral individuals sometimes experience such incredible luck. Whether they fall drunkenly from a cart or soberly down a hill, they often emerge alive and unharmed, as if a guardian angel has swiftly laid down an invisible straw bed for them.
This special thrill of luck, the “wave of fortune,” is familiar to many Red people. However, we are also acquainted with the opposite scenario: when, for reasons unknown, that luck suddenly ceases, and we tumble off the “wave of fortune,” finding it difficult to regain our footing. In those moments, we scream: “What’s happening?! Why?!!”

I dedicated six years to studying this topic, as it deeply concerned me. I identified five points — five simple rules that must not be violated while riding the “wave of fortune.”  However, I continued searching for more options, wanting to gather a wider array to assist more of my clients. Yet, all the new ideas I encountered fit within these five. Today, I can almost confidently assert that there are just five simple rules to follow on the “wave of fortune.” They don’t require significant time or resources; they are accessible to everyone and work flawlessly. And whenever I feel myself starting to “fall,” I always refer to this short list of five points, allowing me to quickly rise back to the surface..
